A Side story from the main story To Aru Majutsu No Index following the life of 4 girls; Misaka Mikoto, Kuroko Shirai, Kazari Uiharu, and Ruiko Saten, in a place called Academy City. The side story deals with certain cases that an organization called Judgment has to deal with and solve the mysteries of them, but they all seem like too much of a coincidence to just be people doing wrong?
My thoughts on a 1-10 rating:
Story: 8
There seems to have it's points that seem a little dull or dragged around.
Character Design: 9
I love the character design overall but some characters seem. . . I dunno, out of place.
Plot development: 7
There seems like there are places that could have had some work on and some things that feel odd on where they are.
Overall I would give it 8.5
You do get some cameo appearances of Index and kamijo Toma, would have liked to see more of them as they are a pretty funny yet cute pair ^_^
If you havent seen either of the series I suggest you go watch em! I HIGHLY recommend both. But be sure to watch To Aru Majutsu No Index first.

I liked railgun a whole lot more than index, for reasons strictly known and understood only to the anomaly such as myself.
The best segments I could ever really find here is when Kuroko is being a complete slut for Misaka. Skirt-flipping should also get an honorable mention as well. If more episodes (all of them) exhibited the nonsense ways of Kuroko I would've given this personally a 9.
Uiharu's drama just pulled it back down. I never got into her drift nor Satens. I mean, what the fuck man, don't try some weird ass method you don't know shit about and then cry like a fucking vagina later on. That shit's just stupid.
But well, in the end, Kuroko wins for being a complete slut.

I liek Misaka Mikoto.
I also like Misaka. Her innocence and her shorts are what make her a completely awesome character.
