According to THIS the OST to Panty and Stocking will be released on 12/29. It will feature the OP and ED as well as three other songs and the BGM of the show. I don't know how long this info has been out but I just found out about it and am excited. December is looking to be a good month with this news and the release of The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya on bluray. Be sure to mark your calendars!

Awesome news man! I'm definitely grabbing this for the bgm. Panty and Stocking has some of the greatest bgm I've ever heard.
